The Northman 2022
watched this a second time because i forgot i was not that into it. my opinion remains the same. there are scenes of interest but all the gravely talking from men is my least favorite man movie trope these days. if historical research was done and the depiction of viking life is accurate then it’s interesting from an anthropological perspective. i was also distracted by nicole kidman’s accent.
