The People Under the Stairs 1991
Saw this movie when I was 11 and had scared the fuck out of me. Little did I realize that Wes Craven's real horror was white supremacist landlords that cannibalize (in this movie literally) communities. Fool is the best, most pure hearted protag in any horror movie.
