This film gets worse and worse every time I watch it. Which is horribly sad, because Phantom Menace is what introduced me to the Star Wars franchise, and I loved it growing up. But it did not age well at all.

Pet Sematary 2019
Pet Sematary is so far the biggest disappointment of the year. Even though I knew the trailer gave away too much of the movie, I was still excited to see it. I’m a big fan of Stephen King, and I’ve never seen the original Pet Sematary from 1989. So I thought this would be a great opportunity to finally hear that story.

The Lion King 2019
The visuals are amazing, I can’t imagine it getting any better. But if this movie teaches us anything, it’s that animation will always be an important part of the film industry. There are just certain things that you can’t capture in a live action film. Animals speaking, singing and showing human emotion is a perfect example of this.
It’s beautiful, but I will never watch it again. I’ll always, always, always choose the original over this.
