"...think very carefully madam. Be aware of the consequences!"
I'm speechless. Judi Dench is so sinister in this, she dominates the film in the most terrifying way.

No Spoilers in this review: Faith Akin’s The Edge of Heaven is a complete feast of a film. There are many films where one walks away shaking their head asking “Why didn’t I care about one person in that film?” This film certainly is the contrary.

The movie opens leading you quickly here and there, not allowing you to get a grasp of where it’s taking you. You'll be hooked from the first introduction of the drunk father…I cared about…

    The Fuller Brush Girl

    ★★★★

Set in the post-World War II era, "The Fuller Brush Girl" is such a great escape to the current dumpster fire our world is going through. Initially, it starts out almost too corny, but I was pleasantly surprised!

As the film progresses, Lucille Ball showcases her brilliance as the physical comedy genius that she was. Towards the end, each scene is packed with her antics and had me laughing out loud.

Ball belongs in the same league as greats like Keaton and Chaplin. "The Fuller Brush Girl" is a delightful reminder of the healing power of laughter and a great watch for any classic film lover!
