It was fine.
Songs weren’t nearly as iconic as the first’s, but not bad I guess? I just wish they were memorable which they aren’t for the most part. Even if the animation was noticeably cheaper (worse lighting and textures), it was beautiful in certain areas. There were also some weird cuts? I guess because this was a show turned into a movie.
The story was ok as well. Liked certain messages but it didn’t reach any crazy emotional highs. It’s just hard to not compare this to the first. I just hope Disney doesn’t learn the wrong lessons from this massive box office success.

It's a Wonderful Life 1946
My dad has always had this on in the past and I’ve dismissed it every time, never realizing how great it is. It’s truly amazing. I’m shocked at how natural it feels. Everything from the way the lead shows emotion to the way characters talk. It doesn’t seem to feel dated or stiff in the way other movies from the time do. Seeing George’s life was very beautiful, and the themes that came along side it were beautiful as well.

Deadpool & Wolverine 2024
As someone who thinks Deadpool is really unfunny, he got me laughing a bit here. Not a lot, but more than usual. Liked the deep cuts they made, a lot of this movie feels like compensation for the stories we never got to see made or finished. I missed all the side characters from the other two and their absences were felt, even if they were at the beginning and end. Colossus especially. Wasn’t a massive fan of the story…
