Who Framed Roger Rabbit 1988
"HDR" is a photo technique which takes several continuous photos of the same subject at different exposure levels. The photos can later be combined to reproduce a scene's complete dynamic range; that is, the brightest whites and darkest blacks.
Who Framed Roger Rabbit? is an HDR movie. It's wall to wall quality—high concept and low concept, terrific and terrifying, sentimental and scandalous.
I am so glad they got away with a film like Who Framed Roger Rabbit?.

If I have offended you with my two star rating, allow me to explain myself. Three things kept me from suspending my disbelief:
1) The time period. It's as simple as that. 1800s Europe stuff is bo-ring to me. Sorry, fellas.
2) The horniness. There were many grotesque moments in here, which made me skeeve out. I know that was probably the intended effect, but their frequency and indulgence in soft-core porn took me out.
3) His mustache. I'm sorry…
