    This is maybe my favorite movie I’ve been made to watch by students. It’s a time travel story which immediately makes it a winner. The aesthetics are fun with the crisp character colors and designs. Even the origin story of “why does dog have kid” is loaded with pathos and is compelling, the love between the titular characters is strong enough to carry the emotional weight of the film. I think thee are some uneven moments in the film but…

The basic plot follows a group of teen prostitutes which would never happen probably even on the riskiest of networks. Just fascinating.
