Christopher Nolan, I was familiar with your game!
It’s an absolutely great film and the last 15 minutes really add that half star rating for me. I enjoyed the entire story and didn’t have a clue where it was heading. Nolan should make a film about Jack the Ripper, that would be a banger. I love the whole late 1800s vibe. Also, you can’t go wrong with Jackman/Bale as the two lead actors.
This was definitely a letdown after the first movie being a great film. Everything the first one did, this one missed on. I just don’t think they needed to make a 2nd movie, and now they will milk it for a 3rd. Not surprised one bit though! That’s the current state of Hollywood movies. It’s either a remake, a dragged out movie series, or some woke bullshit.

Good lord… I was told that this would be gory, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Each scene from the beginning of the movie outdid itself with more and more gore. I knew it was going to get much worse when the opening scene was someone getting their throat cut open. Also, I want to go out like Matthew Fox, smoking a cigar standing my ground.
Nothing special here for me. I'm not a huge Flash fan, so that's probably why I didn't enjoy it as much as Justice League: Doom. The animation grew on me throughout the film. It was a very enjoyable to watch, regardless!
