  Pretty good. Makes you think a lot of how a movie from 40 years ago is telling us not to give AI the power to make important decisions and today they want to make the opposite.

  Has a good mix of seriousness and humor, cynicism and optimism. Also, hell of a rep this movie has for 1) bringing people into hackinf and 2) influencing making hacking illegal in the US

  Finishing the Carrie watch a thon.

  Would have been interesting to see Director’s Cut since director planned an adaptation, but studio forced a remake. Julianne Moore makes a combination of 76 and 02 Margaret. They were a bit creative with the prom deaths since the effects were there. Carrie definetly enjoys the deaths in this one. It’s alright as well, original is still the best.
