  absolutely nothing of substance here but it was fun!! watched this with my sister for her video game and narrative cinema class and it really truly is just "what if a nazi-killing shooter game was a movie." and you know what. what if it was 🤔 i bet that would be a reasonable way to spend 110 minutes

  totally watchable, kinda funny, but just deeply bland. could Not bring myself to get invested in the plot or characters at alllll. fun fashion though! and anna garcia my beloved!!

  i just had this feeling, every time fritz spoke to the boys, that he was cutting a promo. selling this lie that if they just persevere hard enough, they'll Make It (whatever that means), except i don't think he knew he was lying either. there's this fairytale feeling to it. and the fact that kevin chooses to let that story go and chooses to stay alive, after everything, is so powerful
