I don't have any real insightful points to make. I really enjoy this film.
I want to say that I appreciate that this film established that Natasha is a big nerd who's seen every single Bond film.
Oh and my friend and I lost it when we went on a tangent about Ibuprofen being used to make Hulk stop hulking out.
The visuals for this film are incredible. The way they short everything in a small space, but make it seem to huge, pushed the limits of my expectations of how green screen can be used.

Oblivion is a low budget film, which has its charm in its setting and ideas. While not all of them are fleshed out, I think I understand what the creators were going for, and I respect them for that.
Yes, some old western tropes are used, but they don't feel like they were done just to be lazy, they were trying to do something new.

Another film I chose to watch for Film class, this' my first time seeing the film. I've seen its most famous scene parodied a lot, but seeing it for myself: this film is still scary.
Psycho feels like the template for future horror films: we have a jump scare, a knife wielding killer and psychological themes. Its slightly slow at times, and not always scary, but those scenes where it is... they'll get you (unless, unlike me, you are a experienced fan of horror, then your perspective might be different).
