Bogancloch is a very unique film, whilst it lacks a straight forward story structure, it makes up for it with its interesting visual style and compelling dream like visuals. However, that’s about where my compliments end. I wish I liked it more but it drags along, without saying much of anything until it’s last half an hour. The final shot is also held far too long. Doubt I’ll watch this again but at least it was slightly interesting
If you don’t enjoy this film, you have no joy and whimsy in your heart. It’s peak!
