This is so much fun. A really vibrant and engaging buddy comedy. For sure nods to plenty of similar 90s films but with enough modern updates to feel fresh for 2025. Keke Palmer is a star of the highest magnitude and it’s such a pleasure to see her cut loose. SZA is brilliant too and for this to be her first movie?!? I would have liked maybe one more set piece but given how well paced it was I can’t knock them for keeping things moving. A real crowd pleaser and it looks gorgeous too.
