Color Out of Space 2019
This movie blew me away! An incredible adaptation of a Lovecraft short story through and through.
Some of the characters were hard to invest in but what it lacks in enjoyable characters is made up for with beautiful visuals, thought provoking plot and Nicholas Cage.

A very satisfying performance from Nick Cage. This movie overall though was very inconsistent and left a lot of questions for me as a viewer.
Part of me thought maybe I was just not intelligent enough to understand the deeper meaning and drive behind the cultists, but after further thought I realized it was meant to be open for interpretation.
Also, the use of colour as well as animated scenes in this movie felt somewhat out of place but were still beautiful additions.
I recommend watching this movie with an open mind, because it’s a slow starter and very confusing in the beginning.
