Wishmaster 2: Evil Never Dies 1999
Wishmaster 2 is a very middle of the road sequel to the enjoyable original. It continues much in the same vain as the original. It features great effects that seem a lot fewer and further between than the original. The dark humor still hits for me. The anticipation of seeing what it would look like to see a lawyer literally "go fuck himself" highlights the appeal of the Wishmaster's dark twisted interpretations of his victims' wishes.

I'll begin my review by expressing my heartfelt appreciation that Sugar, the dog and MVP of Crawl, survives the film unscathed. Shame in me for waiting so long to watch this film. Everyone knows about the big nurse jump scare but there are plenty of other memorable moments in The Exorcist III. There is a confessional scene early in the film where disembodied voice speaks to a priest out of the blackness through the window that gave me chills.
