The Net 1995
"There really is nothing that ages as weird as a 90s movie about computers. The film as a whole doesn't hold up well; the story really doesn't have characters that move the plot—it has a plot that moves the characters. As a film, it really doesn't work, but as a time capsule of the 90s, it's amazing."

Mickey 17 2025
Mickey 17 surprisingly reminds me of The Lost World: Jurassic Park. Was Mickey 17 directed by Steven Spielberg? No. Does it star Jeff Goldblum? No. Are there dinosaurs? Also no. But in a way, it still feels similar. Let me explain.

Godzilla Minus One 2023
There used to be three certainties in life: death and taxes, and the human characters in the Godzilla movies being unimportant and uninteresting.
This film has changed that. Not only are the human characters the best thing about the movie, I would watch them in a movie that is not a Godzilla movie. On top of that, Godzilla here is scary, but the thing that shocked me the most was leaving this film. I can honestly say this is my favorite Godzilla film. It may not be yours, and that's okay. You just be wrong.
