A tender, patient, genuine portrayal of what could have been and what is. I'm really having trouble trying to articulate how this makes me feel.
It's absolutely devastating. Yet kind of optimistic?So much happens in between the words - the subtext fills the empty space; it's screaming at you - you can't not feel it.
And then some of the dialogue comes in and hits like a fucking freight train. So unbelievably poignant and profound.
