An American Werewolf in London 1981
I am genuinely curious how this was ever a popular film. I won't rag on the effects because they are genuinely good for 1981, but that doesn't excuse literally everything else about the film. Tonally its a mess, I understand that it is now considered a "horror/comedy" but I think that might just be an excuse. Nothing is played for humor, except maybe the porno, in fact everything is very serious from the cursed town to the mass murder committed…
