Brooklyn’s finest is an interesting movie, it follows three separate cops as they navigate their own experiences while working. Throughout the movie, had the use of lighting to express more feelings during the scenes. The night scenes with very little light give a sense of how dark and dreary the situations are. The music also changes pace during certain situations, like fast pace music or suspenseful music during tense situations.

The use of darker colors throughout the beginning of the movie highlighting the hard times. While also cutting these beginning scenes with a shot of a prisoner playing with a bee, no talking just the interaction between him and the bee with the light shining on them.
