Punch-Drunk Love 2002
Okay so LDR people will hear me out when I say that ending scene is really how it feels to finally be together after what seems like a lifetime in hell and how someone captured that sudden wave of utter contentness into a film is really nice but goddamn the majority of this thing is a panic attack. Everything about this is spot on in a very surreal way It's just maybe too accurate haha makes me a little uncomfortable and anxious. I feel sweaty just thinking about it

This is the perfect late night/ early morning film viewing. I'll start by addressing what I assume is everyone's immediate critiques. No I don't find this film racist.
