I don't know how to rate this. The movie as a whole was good, the (true) story was infuriating and the director did a good job making sure the audience felt that way. I understand why it led to political change in Korea. But my main issue is the use of the young actors. People say that they and their parents consented but can any of them even consent at their age? I feel uncomfortable about this movie, which is the point I suppose, I just wish these children didn't get even an ounce of that awfulness.
