  I never expected a spin off to be that good, if not better than the og show. Elsa’s storytelling, the soul searching, the nature, and emotional hardship journey made it a foundational piece. Devastating, yet beautiful ending, even though they made it. I wish there was more references to this past in the regular show.

  The Phantom of the Opera 2004

  The songs, opera aesthetic, and Emmy Rossum are all incredible. The narrative/legend itself? Funky but a classic ya know. I didn’t realize the Phantom fell in love with Christine so early. Also damn he was living in lavish underneath the opera house (canals and so many candles) despite being completely isolated from and hated by society.
