Bro said what he was gonna do and then he did it. The religious iconography makes sense but the lack of development within his faith and motivation just made the entire endeavour seem self serving rather then righteous aswell as his message not being particularly clear. “Sinners should be punished they’re disgusting but in doing so I will become a sinner” this closes out the cycle but he really hyped up his process with minimal pay off.

She spends the whole movie chasing a guy she “fell in love with” after experiencing a par-asocial relationship with and changing her self only to go back to the guy that lied, catfished and manipulated her. Coming from the angle of the nice guy always finishes last it feels lazy in 2024. Realistically Milly should have ended up with Billy Walsh if she actually liked him or she should have chose neither. They made Archibald seem like the hero when he’s realistically jealous, possessive, insecure and manipulative.
Tell her how you feel or back off, you can’t have both.
