A good romance movie. Excellent sound usage with a lot of beautiful shots throughout the film. The concept was a genius way in such it unraveled and conclude. Another banger from Focus.

One of the worst movies i seen this year. Absolutely no explanation on plot. Basically pointless killing. The one scene in the whole movie where someone finally talks is a straight made up language and useless. No lore, no reasoning behind any actions. It’s like if you clip a movie in the middle and you dont know the beginning or the end. And where the hell did she learn to get all badass out of no where? Horrible screenwriting.

Strange Darling 2023
Absolutely amazing screenwriting. The way the movie presents itsef throughout the film by using 6 chapters is brilliant. Love the fact it is based on a true story too. I especially love the use of color in certain shots like the rich blues and reds to emphasize a certain feeling or exaggerated mood. All in all, the fact it is shot entirely on 35mm only makes this a must watch.
