  stumbled across a free film festival, and who could say no to that!

  thought provoking subject matter for the time - racism, police intervention, religion, PTSD, the unspoken side effects of war, specifically WWII. but the real stunner here was the experimental, art-house hallucinatory scenes following the unraveling of the main character, Gaunt. not only do we see the side effects WWII had on soldiers socially (how he is ousted from society, and never finds a sense of belonging) to…
