  Just a silly fucking movie ngl but it served its purpose well - a hyper on-the-nose caricature of exploitation and the ruling political class.

  For a casual, this is a good film about cars. 
  For me, it’s undeniable evidence that McQueen raced past his prime - if he’d retired on top he’d be the undisputed GOAT. Unfortunately, Strip Weathers had the sense to retire after his accident instead of trying to mount a comeback. McQueen raced with guys far and away better than him and it showed. That said, McQueen has a case. With Cruz Ramirez hitting the tracks, it’ll be interesting to see…
