  A stacked cast takes on what appears to be the inciting incident for the 2008 finical crisis in a film that ratchets up suspense while shooting computer work like we’re watching a Nine Inch Nails video. It’s strikingly executed, but it also hangs its emotional core on the idea that we’re going to empathize with Kevin Spacey. Strangely, the ending did not land with me.
