The beauty of this film is that it feels so colourful despite being in black and white. There's a lot of comedic moments which remain funny many years, and many rewatches later. I have watched this film so many times and every time it still makes me hope that the ending will change, maybe this time it'll be different.

I love this film. Its a brilliant celebration of Hollywood. It really felt like a Hollywood classic at some points, especially because the whole film is very colourful and occasionally jumps into an extended dance number across an animated back ground. I also think the ending is heartbreaking but also happy and right and I love it.
