Norbit 2007
I hate hate hate being really negative on this platform and not having anything good to say but I don’t think this movie made me laugh once 😬 If I was feeling generous it’d probably elicit a sympathy chuckle from me but it’s simply not that good.
I’ll give it a star though because Eddie Murphy puts in such a good shift playing multiple characters at once, including Rasputia like that is mental to me. Doesn’t make it worth watching though sorry guys 😔

This was selected by the brisket and it’s a wholesome flick. A lot of modern Disney movies can be way off but the premise of this film is so unique from any other movie I’ve watched.
The selling point of the movie is the setting called the You Seminar which is like the afterlife but instead it’s before you’re born. There’s so many charming characters and the writers flesh out this part of the movie with so many novel ideas.

Friday night was a lovely buzz, myself and the housemates got some lovely munch from Jilan-Jilan and scranned this flick. I opted for the 4-in-1 myself, it’s simply the best value for money.
