  I was laughing sm during this movie 😭😭 a fresh take on the superhero genre that didn’t feel too gimmicky and was honestly really enjoyable. Green screens were horrible but it adds to the charm. Can’t wait to rewatch in 3 years!

  Love the backstory given to Ryota Miyagi, who was criminally under-explored in the OG manga. The animation and sound design added perfectly to the intensity of the final match! Several scenes were aptly changed from the manga to make more sense to a general audience. A real tear-jerker 😭

  One of the best anime movies I’ve ever watched. The fights were beautifully animated and made me want to throw hands myself. Character development was top notch. Can’t wait to see more from my king yuta when he comes back from africa.

  Had low expectations going into this and they were surpassed, it was a decently fun watch! it would’ve been better if they leaned into the Saw-like aspects and reduced the amount of exposition told through bland dialogue 😭
