  So much more dark and hopeless than the tv show. The acting from Sheryl Lee was haunting and made me shudder with fear and terror, watching the final days of the life of Laura Palmer.

  The secene at the beginning of the film with the cat was so amazingly done, probably one of the best parts of the film.
  Elliott Gould gave the best performance of his career and nobody will ever be as cool as he was. He could light a match off anything and talked to himself in the most realistic way possible.
  The cinematogrophy was extremely 70s and was best displayed through the wave crashing scene and the opening of the film.…
