  save me twinkferatu & isabelle adjani

  for all its faults, this version is queer and sensual to me in a way that 2024's was not. her agency is believable, nosferatu's sexuality is ambiguous, and her husband is useless. wonderful

  colonial fantasy in technicolor; any merit of the cinematography and production design is totally inseparable from the movie's orientalist fabric. if only the neat plotline about the sisters, hysteria, faith, womanhood and isolation could exist IN isolation. but it doesn't.
