I wasn't expecting much from this adaptation because I read the source material and it was an interesting concept but a rather poor execution. However, Bong Joon-ho absolutely makes the most out of it, making some badly needed changes to the story that makes it all the more effective. Robert Pattinson is the most exciting actor working today.
