an october surprise lost in time. the God given gift of the hollywood bug mind to simultaneously create an incredibly heedful visual painting and considerate narrative, all amidst a plain, complacent, state of the art, modern propaganda piece (there can be truth in propaganda). stan practiced subtlety to such a degree of perfection, it was (likely) unintentionally + (completely) unironically trumpian. what is truth? you know what’s truth? what you say is truth, what i say is truth, what he says is truth. so what is the truth in life?
