    I genuinely didn’t think Nolan would ever have this much conviction (especially when it’s disdain for his title character). It’s refreshing to see something so abjectly opinionated, especially from someone who has stuck to only dipping his toes enough in hot water to get credit. It’s both structurally and thematically concise—escalating theoretical loops leading to a horrific eventuality that smaller men told themselves theory would also prevent.
