Spielberg is fascinating for his mass appeal! I don't think I've seen another film on Letterboxd so heavily weighted in the 4 to 5 star range than this one. I don't get how this is certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. There were a few good laughs and Cage and Pascal are fun to watch, but I wasn't hooked by this at all!

The entire time I was saying how "this music is hilarious" and then I heard Trent Reznor in the credits and realized it was him THE ENTIRE TIME. Makes me want to Google his filmography. I also thought his soundtrack on the Vietnam War Ken Burns series was a hilarious and oddly appropriate pairing.
