The Substance 2024
I don’t know why I didn’t like the overly-Americanised touch on body horror. French do this a lot better and I don’t need to be kept reminded what is happening - thanks. Otherwise, insane cinematography, brilliant acting, incredibly gross scenes which I felt in every bone (watched at the cinema).
Otherwise - very average for everyone’s new favourite!
