A cautionary tale for women who are chasing the spark because you never know if the guy is actually an abusive, gaslighting, controlling, possessive, insecure, narcissistic, delusional, immature (I can go on) creep with a foot fetish and everyone is convinced that he's a good guy 🙄🤮

But I dig all of the comedic elements - nailed it👌

Was Matthew MacFadyen speaking Dutch?!??!! Sign me up!!

A little disappointed here considering how much I enjoyed the last Mimi Cave film. Story and characters are way underdeveloped here (not even sure why we were given some of these details that don't go anywhere) even though the themes are very "in-your-face"

STELLAR & MOVING performances from these two legends, especially DeNiro - no surprises as to why he was nominated for Best Actor that year!!

No one can do it like Randy Newman who just knows exactly how to write music that *awakens* those dormant feelings & emotions from deep within 🥺

Literally saw this at the theater to pass time 😂

I've never seen a single 唐探 film but knew to expect this to be a silly, comedic murder mystery. It took an unexpected turn for me when it started to dive a little more into Chinese immigration/Chinese Exclusion Acts, which took a much more serious tone. Didn't hate that decision at all, especially given that my own great-grandparents helped constructing the Transcontinental Railroad.

Proud to be Chinese and watching this on Lunar New Year Day - 新年快樂!!! 🐍🧧🍊❤️

P.S. Oh hey, it's John Cusack!!
