  Took a bit too long to get to the point. The cast was spot on though. Monica Barbaro as Joan Baez was great. Boyd Holbrook as Johnny Cash was good.

  Nicholas Hoult was the standout for me, surprisingly. Felt like there was something missing for me in the end climax scenes, but overall I liked it. Obsessed with the use of shadows in this one. 

  Glad to see the rats from my old job are getting steadily employed.

  An action film with complete emphasis on the nonstop action. It doesn't release you until the very very end. Drawing it's title from the Haitian god of crossroads, this movie is filled with them. Each decision that the main characters make escalates the conflict and you're left for hours afterwards wondering what would have changed if they had made different decisions.
  It also offers a wonderful commentary on the pros and cons of a realistic Haitian culture through the eyes…
