This and Contact are the best/ most realistic "aliens visit earth" sci fi films.
Although, if a civilization that advanced ever did exist, it's pretty highly likely they'd just send robots or drones or some type of signal to relay their message to earth not their physical selves. Just like humans send probes to study other planets/ the solar system, an alien civilization would likely do the same. Unless they figured out a way to travel fast whilst avoiding time…
