This man literally wants one thing and it’s fucking disgusting and visually spectacular. Watching an honest and less glamorous depiction of Viking culture was refreshing. An incredibly simple tale of revenge, destiny and the cyclical nature of violence carried by its intense performances, evolving cinematography and attention to Norse mythology.
