How easily am I moved by movies (no pun intended) that touch on ways we deal with grief. Love as a means of survival.

Sometimes I Think About Dying 2023
Writing a review months after having seen the movie, what stuck with me is how painfully slow it is as a film. The slowness is intentional and gripping, you develop a connection with Fran and by the end of the movie it’s like you almost want to live in that small town and work in the same office, in hopes that one day someone also brings in donuts.
And maybe one day, if you’re lucky, you also get to hug someone beside the copier.
