Lost changed my life because my parents didn't want the TV so loud so I used subtitles and I've never stopped

two craziest things i learned in this documentary
    - Lost exists because then-ABC president called JJ Abrams and said "i want a fictional drama show like Survivor"
    - and the guy that played Walt was in the band MKTO that sang Classic lol what

i love the vibe of this movie

just feels like a handful of normal people were like 'let's make a crazy movie' and for a guy like me with iphone notes full of wild fictional podcast ideas, this is an inspiration

the imperfections / immaturity of the filmmaking in many ways makes the story itself more unexpected

just a bonkers story to get pulled into, and i'm sure a rewatch would be a whole other experience

such a unique story that really pulls you in

loved how it felt like i was sequestered in the conclave too. particularly with never really knowing who was telling the truth

also loved the occasional technology against the backdrop of the formal and ancient ritual

also loved realizing the main actor plays Voldemort. perhaps this is really just an insane origin story

watched this with a live symphony playing the score tonight. the crowd is clapping along with the end credits right now. i mean if thats not 5 star material what is!!!!

this movie is also stacked with insane moments, highs and lows like no other. not every potter movie is incredible, but 13 year old me and also 28 year old me really feel like this one is

in many ways, this is the Infinity War of the potter world. but "my boy" from amos diggory puts "i don't feel so good mr. stark" to shame
