I was rather excited for this film. Since it’s announcement I had really been looking forward to it maybe the anticipation tainted my expectations. The concept was very intriguing and unique but the execution was lack luster and fell flat. Everything felt rather rushed in the beginning. This movie does not end at the screen. My blood was rushing. Every time I thought I knew what was going to happen I was wrong. I am not used to seeing this type of work from Adam Sandler and it was amazing. I was wrapped up in his character and was unhappy with his high risk, anxiety inducing choices.
