Donovan History Lesson:
The executive producer is a relative of mine. I remember being a kid and having our family hyping up the release of this movie. Upon release, it instantly got critically butchered and held the record for the lowest box office (at the time). It was one of the funniest experiences and will forever be apart of my childhood.

I have so much to say. I genuinely thought I was almost done when I was only 29 minutes into the movie. The entire soundtrack is done by Smash Mouth which includes a terrible cover of Under Pressure. The sound design was so horrible, I’ve never once had to unplug my subwoofer because a movie was so bass heavy. There is a section where Chevy Chase gets struck by lightning then becomes racist?? Why those awful 3D graphic transitions, they happened…

Jeremy Renner: The Diane Sawyer Interview - A Story of Terror, Survival and Triumph 2023
I think it goes without saying that Renner and what happened to him is not the problem here. It is tragic what happened to him and we are very lucky to still have him.
With that being said, this is not only one of the worst interviews/documentaries I have ever seen, but I morally can’t get down with this on several levels. I loath the pathetic leech sacks pretending to be human beings who produce these unethical, exploitative disasters. ABC should rot.
