  James McAvoy delivers another stellar performance, demonstrating his exceptional talent for portraying psychotic characters. The supporting cast also shines, making this a compelling watch. However, I’m disappointed and have to give it a low rating because it feels like a mere copycat of the international film released in 2022. Nevertheless, if you haven’t seen the original, this is a great alternative.

  This shit made me write my own name in the death note.

  From poor writing to awful songs, the only reason I gave this a half star was because of the cinematography. It seems like the movie was solely created to showcase Lady Gaga’s vocals. The only redeeming quality is a courtroom scene where Arthur is allowed to be the Joker, but it’s abruptly cut short by the director. This film appears to be mocking everyone who enjoyed the previous installment.
