Brimming with unbridled desire!
I love how Coppola makes the story his own and treats it as his passion project. While it did not work with Megalopolis, I am surprised how wonderful the maximalist camp is in Dracula.
There is much to be said about the undercurrents of queer desire and transgressions. For a film that was really pushing the boundaries of sex and desires, I was a little upset with how it ends on Christian sobriety.
The many, many cinematic errors are charming and funny. This is the best B movie and I don’t know how else to describe this
