It was okay; seems like a lot of the hype for this movie was generated from the twist at the end everyone loves to talk about which to be honest wasn’t that surprising when it happened. Not that it was a bad movie by any means, it was awesome seeing Nicholas Cage on the big screen again as it’s been awhile for me lol. Overall not a bad movie; just don’t think it was something that was able to catch me completely, I can see why others might enjoy it but simply just wasn’t my cup of tea is all.

My knowledge on Indian culture and the gods referenced is very slim so aside from what was actually explained in the movie I didn’t understand much of the mythology itself. However the movie for what it was is probably one of my favorite action movies of this year and I’d absolutely watch a second time if given the chance !
