An all time classic. I’m a sucker for films with protagonists that must go on long strange journeys of self discover to become better people, and this is maybe one of the best examples of that. Seeing Phil Connors grow and become not only a better person but a more authentic person is such a fascinating character study. Bill Murray takes the character and makes him feel real, from his initial flaws to his genuine love and admiration for the…

I legitimately can’t believe this a real movie that got made. This was awesome, from the first moment I saw a monkey in Cyberspace I knew this was going to be a very special movie. The special effects make it look like it was filmed inside a dirty Nintendo 64. Pierce Brosnan is sexy as hell the whole time. Lawns were mowed, dreams were fulfilled, Cyber-Christ was born. Watching this movie is like taking way too much cold medicine and…

Extremely eerie film, it never quite feels threatening but it feels creepy in the same way that dreams can feel creepy, like a darker counterpart to how I felt about 8 1/2. Beautiful colours, excellent score. And once again Giullietta Masina shines like a star. Very good film

Just pure schlocky 90s sci-fi fun. My inner child is satisfied knowing this still holds up as decent entertainment. It’s not Jurassic Park or Independence Day by any means but it holds its own by my estimation. It’s fun to look at and if you don’t think about the details too much it executes on a good sci-fi concept fairly well.

James Spader has absolutely awful hair in this. This did not detract from the film.
