  Interesting movie. It reminded me of other movies but was slow. Not slow in a bad way but it just felt I should have an opinion on this movie's themes but I just sorta feel numb. That sorta slow tired tone it has really reflected my own today. Slow, tired, a bit moody, numb. That was probably why I decided to sit through the whole thing.

  This movie super sucked. It's manipulative and trying to be a high school drama, a very bad high school drama. I felt sick at some points. And the length didn't help. There were so many pointless stories that turned an already bad experience to a drag. The reason this gets one star and not half? The shooters were hilarious, it's not supposed to be hilarious but it really was. So over the top and edgy and I felt bad for laughing. I wish there was more of them but instead we got a piece of shit.

  Watched on the plane home.
  Not as good as I hoped but I liked it none the less. This is a very good and well-made movie but I definitely felt it was overhyped and that tarnished my opinion slightly. I got some Aspergers vibes from the main character and that's always bonus points in my book. I like jazz too. And James Jona Jamason.
